Nothing about your home is shared with an agent, pro, buyer, or insurer unless you explicitly grant access. Access is granular, revocable in one tap, and shown in a visible activity log.
You can export everything — a full ZIP of your documents plus a machine-readable file — at any time, free. When a home changes hands, its record transfers to the next owner at closing, free, forever.
Access to home records is authenticated and scoped; files are served over expiring signed links. We add specific encryption claims to our marketing only once they are true of the shipped product.
