When you sell, your home's record passes intact to the next owner at closing — free, forever. We don't charge to hand your own data to the person who inherits the house.
You can delete your account and associated personal data. Some verified, home-scoped history may persist as part of a home's append-only record if ownership has transferred — you can always export your copy first.
